Privacy Policy
Effective: 8 July 2026 · Version 1.0 (Platform)
Clarova Lifestyle and Retail Private Limited ("Clarova", "we", "us") operates the Invisible Dukan platform at invisibledukan.com (the "Platform"). This policy explains what personal data we collect from sellers who use the Platform, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and associated rules.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, business name, GSTIN), marketplace connection data (API credentials you authorize, order/inventory/settlement data synced from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho), billing data (subscription plan, payment status — card/UPI details are processed by our payment partners and never stored by us), and usage data (log, device and analytics information used to secure and improve the Platform).
Why we process it
To provide the services you signed up for: syncing your marketplace accounts, detecting profit leakage, filing recovery claims, generating GST and financial reports; to bill you; to secure the Platform; and, with your consent, to send you product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data to benefit other sellers.
Marketplace credentials
Marketplace connections use each marketplace's official authorization flow. Stored credentials are encrypted at rest. You can revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard or from the marketplace itself.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the Platform (cloud hosting, payment gateways, logistics and marketplace APIs you connect, analytics and error-monitoring providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data; some records must be retained where Indian law requires it (e.g., GST records).
Your rights
Under the DPDPA you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate a person to exercise your rights. Write to us at hello@clarova.in and we will respond within the timelines prescribed by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the DPDPA.
